I had the great opportunity of documenting Erin and Steve’s intimate wedding ceremony on May 7, 2012 after Erin’s friend recommending them to hire me as their wedding photographer. Erin was a beautiful bride wearing a gorgeous wedding gown, Steve looked really cool in his shirt and shorts. They were just such a fun couple to work with!! Not only documenting their beautiful, happy and joyful moments during their ceremony, but giving me the opportunity to take their photographs to the next level creating some pretty cool art pieces.

From the getting ready to the ceremony, from the mimosa toast to their brunch followed by the trashing of her dress, Miesha and Cortney was just awesome and super fun to work with!!

Their ceremony took place at the gorgeous Sugarman Estate, coordinated with perfection by Laurie at Makena Weddings, as always. Happy tears, smiles, laughs and their meaningful heart touching wows for each other were the true reflection of the love they share.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to document your wedding day!! It was amazing to work with you!! Miesha, you are the coolest, most easy going bride! Cortney, I loved your sense of humor and how outgoing you are! I had a blast working with you both!!

Mike and Shawna got married at the cutest, tiniest church on the Big Island, called The Little Blue Church on February 23 rd. They were surrounded by their immediate family as they vowed to spend the rest of their lives together as husband and wife. I felt honored to be able to document they very special day at a breathtaking location. The photos truly reflect their love , beauty and happiness.

Congratulations Shawna and Mike!! You are a great couple and I truly enjoyed meeting and working with you!! It was so cool to see you on Maui before you headed back home. Thank you for the cinnamon roll!!….killed my diet, but LOVED it!!

February 3rd, 2012!! What a beautiful and special morning for Charlene and Scott!! Crystal clear blue skies, turquoise ocean at a very special location for their wedding day. Charlene and Scott came over from BC, Canada to get married at Secret Cove , Makena. They celebrated their marriage with their immediate families.

We had a LOT of fun taking photos after the ceremony!! Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day and location.

Brooke and Jeff’s Wedding

Brooke and Jeff’s wedding ceremony took place at a romantic, private, ocean front property. Their ceremony was so very beautiful , touching and moving that I kept getting teary eyes behind my camera. You could just feel the love, passion, happiness and the emotional connection not only between this beautiful couple, but their connection and closeness to their immediate family members and closest friends. It was one of the most emotional ceremonies I have witnessed!!

Brooke and Jeff joined their expanded group of friends and relatives of 175 (!!!)) at a private reception at Stella Blues restaurant right after sunset. Stella Blues awesome staff and delicious dinner served was enjoyed by all of the guests during this festive and very special event!! The show that Willie K. and his band put on was unreal!! It was a perfect party for this very fun, outgoing, happy couple and for all of their special guests!!

My dearest friend , Marie Claude! I can’t tell you how happy I am for you, Daniel and Luke! You make a beautiful family! Thank you for having me there on your wedding day! I feel lucky to have such an amazing friend! I can still see you on the beach walking your puppy 13 years ago. You have never changed, always smiling, always happy and open hearted. Love you Chicka!

You couldn’t have picked a more beautiful location. Right on the beach on the North shore in privacy surrounded by your close family and friend. Watching the two of you saying “I do” brought tears to my eyes. The love and the happiness between you show on all of your photographs. I feel fortunate to be able to grab some amazing moments of your special day, hoping that these images will be cherished for the rest of your happy lives together.
